All Our Articles go through a rigorous quality check before dispatch to ensure you receive your order in an immaculate condition.


However we understand that there may be transit damages at times or you may want to exchange the size of the product or you may simply not be satisfied with your purchase. 

We offer a friendly 3 day return and replacement policy so that you are worry - free while making a purchase with us.


Returns and Replacement :

  1. In the Unfortunate case of you not being satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy 3 day returns policy. 
  2. If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, we also offer this option.
  3. In case you receive your item with a transit damage or an unlikely manufacturing defect, we offer a complete replacement of your order with a fresh new piece.
  4. Items on Special Discounts and on the End of Season Sale or Last Pieces Sale are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

  1. Once your return request is approved by us, ensure the return shipment reaches us within 7 Days.
  2.  The Article returned should be sent back with its original packaging and all the tags intact.
  3. Once we receive the return parcel, it will undergo an inspection by our QC Team. After the inspection, if our QC Team confirms the intactness of the article the refund process will be initiated.
  4. Please Note: Refunds will be done as Store Credits Only. A Nominal Charge of Rs. 50 will be deducted as Re - Shipping Charges.
  5. One Article can be exchanged/returned only once. 
Replacement in Case of Damaged / Defective Products : 
  1.  In case you receive your order in a damaged state or if you notice any defect in the article, please submit a return request on the link below and mention the appropriate reason
2. Once your return request is submitted, our team will get in touch with you to do the needful. 


Delivery and Shipping: 
  1. We Offer Free Standard Shipping for all our Orders. 
  2. Standard Shipping Delivery Time is 4-10 Days.
  3.  Customers may opt for express delivery by paying a nominal express delivery charge of Rs. 100 at the time of check out. Express Shipping Delivery Time is 2-5 working days depending on the city you are in. 
  4. If there is any delay expected in delivering your order, you will be notified about the same by our team. 
Note :
All Photos and Videos Uploaded on the website are actual pictures of the products. However due to light, screen reflection etc there may be minor differences in colour, shade, shine etc. Also note that we use all semi precious stones in our jewelry and hence they have natural inclusions in them and they differ piece to piece. Likewise the natural fresh water pearls may have natural differences and inclusions in them which only enhances the beauty.
